These guys have done five different systems for me. Even fix one that I blew the subs. Everyone is better than the... last. DJ is always right on with his quote, work is done in a professional manner, and the sound is always perfect! I would recommend them to anyone that askes me for my opinion! This place and the people that work here are awesome. Bought a new radio and backup camera for my camaro ss. I'm... TERRIBLE at remembering names but the tall guy and the guy that owns the black ninja motorcycle are extremely knowledgeable about what I wanted and they answered all my questions and we talked for hours about home theater options and they showed me lots of things for my future plans. Customer service is EXCELLENT. My camaro sounds great. Love the new radio and backup camera. If you're looking for great products for all your sound needs this is the place to go. They offer a variety of other services as well. Remote starters. Cameras. Anything sound related. Home theater. You name it. And for the people complaining about expensive stuff. Everything Soundsource sells is top of the line. No cheap garbage here. The labor is performed by some of the most skilled people in the state. Good stuff ain't cheap and cheap stuff ain't good. I will definitely be a returning customer.read more

Each time one of us gets a vehicle, it’s off to Sound Source as a first order of business and each system sounds absolutely amazing! Hands down the best customer service ever. I had an amp go out just outside of my warranty, and because of the holiday... season they were having a hard time getting ahold of the manufacturer. After a few days, DJ called just to let me know he was still waiting to hear back and that he hadn't forgotten about me, which was very appreciated. Ultimately they ended up getting me taken care of, regardless of what the manufacturer said and even though my warranty was a bit expired. They were able to get me in the next day, during Christmas week, and my car sounds even better than when they first installed the system. I'll never take my cars anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!read more

The quality of service and professionalism you will receive at Sound Source is top notch! The showroom is always in... spectacular condition and has the latest models of everything available. The store manager Dj is highly knowledgeable in all areas of concern and makes you feel important as person not just a customer. If you want to feel like your front row at a concert of your choice this is the place to go. DJ has a wide knowledge of... components and can steer you in the right direction to get the sound you want. These guess sell a few of my favorite brands such as Focal, JL and Kenwood. In house same as cash financing is available which is a huge plus. Not only do they specialize in car and truck audio but home auto as well. They can set up a whole home audio system that allows you to listen to your music no matter what room you wonder into.read more

I spent $150 to have a pioneer deck and steering wheel/onstar/chime interface hooked up along with an antenna adapter... part. I got the car back and the speakers were out of phase, they fixed it. The steering wheel buttons don't work right, I was told that I would have to pay extra money to have it programmed or I would have to buy their interface unit which was 50 dollars more. I went ahead and programmed the interface myself which took no more than 20 min. They did a professional job on the hook up and I understand mistakes happen, but I am not happy with the cost nor lack of final programming.read more
