Best place around for audio/ video/ vehicle customization needs. I took my 99 mercury cougar here for a sound system. And years later my brother took his 00 honda accord for a system as well. After a week of having the system on my brothers honda he accidently blow the amp and sound source replace it for free. I cant be more satisfied with this shop. Best in the bussiness!

These guys are super friendly and helpful. DJ the manager was helpful and understood what I wanted as well as explained everything in detail. I am getting an amp install on a 2008 Toyota Tundra, there is not much room in the truck so he took his time to make sure the details were correct. I never felt rushed out the door which is very appreciated. I can't say the same for other places like Ideal Audio who didn't seem to have time to get another customer. I highly recommend Sound Source 5 stars all day 🤘🏻

There is no other sound store in Southeast Idaho! They have installed TV’s, speakers, car audio, and patrol monitors. Everything was done timely and with such professionalism that it solidified all my future purchases to be done by SS! If I ever have an issue …. Usually user error …. they are always available to get it fixed. I am going to start refurbishing a jeep and they will be my first call.

Gave a quote of $700 and charged $1800 to an 80 year old elderly man to put in a stereo that took them 10 hours, WOW! The stereo is a dash stereo with 1 speaker and it took them 10 hours to install and didn't tell him upfront? Ridiculous, I will be down to discuss how you just took advantage of an elderly gentlemen, fraud?????

I got my subwoofers and amplifiers installed here with each vehicle I have owned, and wow, they go above and beyond with their customer service. I could even go as far to say it was the best I have received in my life.There was a slight oopsie with the installation of my subs where my heating wires got knocked loose for my ac & heater and the knob to turn my subs wasn’t working. It was a Saturday, and they are closed until Tuesday yet Kyle came in on his day off, fixed my AC & heater, gave me a brand new knob, and even went as far to gift me a product for the inconveniences. You can tell he really cares about his business and I am proud to be a loyal customer to them. If you are looking for a good local place with good service, I highly recommend them.

Sound source installed their viper remote start system on my pickup a few years ago. This past weekend it quit working, and I could not reprogram either key fob. I took my truck in this morning and DJ and his technician diagnosed a faulty module. Within 20 minutes they had a new module installed and everything reprogrammed for me. I had a radio installed four years ago, which has worked great until just recently when there was for some reason, no power. I took it back to sound source, and they checked the wiring harness which was loose and fixed it quickly and even better yet did it under warranty I was very happy with their service and I’m still happy with my beautiful Kenwood radio. I was having problems wit my car in ways that they do not specialize in but that did not stop them. I had a short time frame and wanted a complete system upgrade. The manager let me know that they was short on installation techs and wanted to know if I could drop my truck early. I dropped it off around noon on Friday and honestly was not expecting to hear from them until late Saturday. I was bored on Saturday and thought I would drop by at noon to see how it was going and to my surprise they was already done. Installation was done very clean and I am very happy with the final product. Manager was very helpful and patient he answered every question I had. I was working in a budget he went above and beyond to keep me where I wanted to be. I will definitely be back to give them more of my business and I highly recommend that you do the same. This place and the people that work here are awesome. Bought a new radio and backup camera for my camaro ss. I'm TERRIBLE at remembering names but the tall guy and the guy that owns the black ninja motorcycle are extremely knowledgeable about what I wanted and they answered all my questions and we talked for hours about home theater options and they showed me lots of things for my future plans. Customer service is EXCELLENT. My camaro sounds great. Love the new radio and backup camera. If you're looking for great products for all your sound needs this is the place to go. They offer a variety of other services as well. Remote starters. Cameras. Anything sound related. Home theater. You name it. And for the people complaining about expensive stuff. Everything Soundsource sells is top of the line. No cheap garbage here. The labor is performed by some of the most skilled people in the state. Good stuff ain't cheap and cheap stuff ain't good. Hands down the best customer service ever. I had an amp go out just outside of my warranty, and because of the holiday season they were having a hard time getting ahold of the manufacturer. After a few days, DJ called just to let me know he was still waiting to hear back and that he hadn't forgotten about me, which was very appreciated. Ultimately they ended up getting me taken care of, regardless of what the manufacturer said and even though my warranty was a bit expired. They were able to get me in the next day, during Christmas week, and my car sounds even better than when they first installed the system. I'll never take my cars anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!

If you want to feel like your front row at a concert of your choice this is the place to go. DJ has a wide knowledge of components and can steer you in the right direction to get the sound you want. These guess sell a few of my favorite brands such as Focal, JL and Kenwood. In house same as cash financing is available which is a huge plus. Not only do they specialize in car and truck audio but home auto as well. They can set up a whole home audio system that allows you to listen to your music no matter what room you wonder into.

I spent $150 to have a pioneer deck and steering wheel/onstar/chime interface hooked up along with an antenna adapter part. I got the car back and the speakers were out of phase, they fixed it. The steering wheel buttons don't work right, I was told that I would have to pay extra money to have it programmed or I would have to buy their interface unit which was 50 dollars more. I went ahead and programmed the interface myself which took no more than 20 min. They did a professional job on the hook up and I understand mistakes happen, but I am not happy with the cost nor lack of final programming.

I love my new remote start, sound source did an excellent job at installing it and had it done within the same day. The employees were very nice and friendly, went through all i need to know on how to use it properly and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving!

Sound Source is AMAZING. The work that they do is second to none. DJ is the best. He and all the employees always take such great care of my truck. I really feel like my needs really matter to the guys @soundsource. If you are looking for great service from great people who you can depend on to do what they say they will do, then Sound Source is the place for you. I won't go anywhere else. Truly Amazing

I don’t know what’s better, the quality of work done to my vehicle or the customer service! Honestly, these guys are a delight to work with. Experts in their field, they explained everything so thoroughly and had it done in no time! Prices are competitive and nothing beats promoting a local business! 10/10 I would go back for all my audio needs.
